About This Project

This is the Caldecott BTO in the November 2026 exercise. HDB's working title is Toa Payoh West @ Caldecott, next to Caldecott MRT interchange. Official sales name is still TBC. Expected Prime. Portal types: Community Care Apartments, 2-room Flexi and 4-room. Pulse COS (3 March 2026) cited 5 blocks, 590 Flexi, 580 4-room, 240 CCA and about 230 rental on a ~1,600-unit site with a 1.1-ha park. Later ST/Stacked/live copy used ~260 CCA inside ~1,430 — HDB has not resolved 240 vs 260 before launch, so neither count is treated as final. CCA age is 55 at HFE application (applicant + spouse); auto-update if already 55; re-apply if turning 55 before the exercise; check the letter on or after 1 October 2026. BSP fee cuts from Q2 2027. HFE documents 25 September 2026.
