One of two November 2026 BTO sites in the new Bayshore estate in Bedok. Official sales name is still TBC. About 860 flats. The Flat Portal card shows 2-room Flexi and 4-room only. Plus is expected, not confirmed at launch. Do not treat 350/510 as an HDB unit split — that split is not in HDB or ST. HFE documents by 25 September 2026; family ceiling $16,000 / singles $8,000 from 24 August 2026. Application window will be 8 days and the HFE e-service is down during it.
